When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from PostNL containing information about the delivery and a track & trace code so you can follow your order. You will receive this e-mail one working day before delivery. When delivered by mail you pay € 6.95 contribution to the delivery costs.
If you want to pick up your order yourself, choose the discount code "COLLECTION" when ordering. Then you do not have to pay shipping costs.
What do I do if the order is not to my liking?
Is your order not to your satisfaction? At Bus Whisky it is possible to return your order free of charge. You can contact us within 14 days after delivery by sending an email to: email@example.com. Together we will look for a suitable date when PostNL can pick up the order at your home. This should however be 48 hours in advance to be made known. Unfortunately it is not possible to specify a time. You can choose to receive a replacement order or the amount will be credited. Please note that the package can only be picked up from Tuesday to Saturday.
What do I do if my order is broken/damaged?
If possible, we ask you to refuse a broken package immediately upon delivery. The order will then be returned to us free of charge and you will receive a new order. Have you already accepted the package? Then please contact us as soon as possible.
